Bought our car at LMG late September for a big trip around Australia. Unfortunately the car suffered severe motor damage 9 days into the trip a good month after purchase. According to our mechanic LMG wouldn't have been able to know that there was a problem. But Kyle who sold us the car went far above and beyond what we would have expected from a car dealer. Within 24 hours from ringing them we had the promise from Kyle that LMG would pay to recondition the motor - no questions or deductions. The entire invoice was paid promptly and we were on our holiday again. Kyle you are an absolute super star and deserve a huge pay rise and promotion! Thanks heaps !
